Free Sock Pattern: The Riverbank Socks

A few weeks back I had the opportunity to test out an app that was new to me. The first time I heard about it, I have to say I was a little bit skeptical because it sounded too good to be true. But after trying it out, I can confirm it’s real. There really is an app for that!

I’m talking about the Bellish app. It’s a knitting pattern generator, and it does exactly that. You pick from their garment options and make selections for what you want to make: size, type of neckline, length of sleeves or socks, embellishments, yarn weight, etc. And it will automatically create a pattern for you!!

I talk more about the design process, and using this app to design and knit these lovely socks in this video review.

The Riberbank Socks were my first time playing with Bellish and it was so much fun. I’m really very happy with the result and I can’t imagine designing something so fast before. The best part ? It’s a free app!

So if you’ll like to create your own Riverbank Socks, you can. We already did the work for you, just follow this link to the Bellish website and you’ll find the free pattern.

If you’re looking to create your own pattern or even change up these socks, I truly recommend checking out the Bellish app. It’s available right now on iOS and soon coming to Android.

Their website also has lots of more free patterns to knit, if you can’t download the app.

Hope you enjoy this free pattern!
